Communism is everything that “rightist” politics pretends to be, & it will save America from destruction

What we must understand about today’s American far right—by which I mean outward neo-Nazism—is that it’s the default path forward for incels. It’s the main political ideology that’s being adopted by the men who’ve been left behind amid our civilizational collapse, and who therefore seek a way to redirect their suppressed energy. This is because Hitlerism is being heavily boosted by big tech algorithms right now, which in the long term might make for a social phenomenon that spirals out of the deep state’s control. As groups like the neo-Nazi Atomwaffen Division grow, we could see an American version of Boko Haram, which built its base by recruiting from the massive population of sexless men who exist within its region.

Such is one potential outcome of the breakdown in social traditions that’s occurring throughout America and the “collective west”: a massive increase in incel terrorism, compared to what we’ve already seen. This doesn’t need to be what happens, though, because Marxism provides an alternative path for those who’ve been alienated from our society.

To stop an American version of the Boko Haram scenario, we must show the targets of Hitlerite propaganda why Marxism is the true means for asserting agency. Hitlerism is nothing more than another creation of finance capital, one whose purpose was to divert popular energy away from class struggle. This was what Hitler sought to do when he named his movement the “National Socialists”; he said that “We might have called ourselves the Liberty Party. We chose to call ourselves National Socialists. We are not Internationalists. Our Socialism is national. We demand the fulfillment of the just demands of the productive classes by the state on the basis of race solidarity. To us state and race are one.” With this statement, Hitler revealed why Nazism is the true embodiment of “woke,” despite the efforts to depict Marxism as woke.

Wokeness means the elevation of self-perceived knowledge above the object that one seeks to change; in other words, a desire to subvert reality for the sake of some idealist notion about what reality should be. As explained by Haz Al-Din, it’s this view on historical change that Marxism utterly rebukes:

Within Marxism-Leninism (and originally consistent with Marx), lies a sophianic view of knowledge, which is neither scholastic nor based in technological domination. Persons like Stalin and Mao had the sage-like quality of knowledge in the form of wisdom. This type of knowledge does not elevate itself above its object, but is like the Hegelian absolute knowledge, corresponding to it absolutely. In this view, knowledge of civilization does not give rise to the occasion of ‘changing’ it by premising it on the basis of consciousness. To know a thing does not always mean to possess mastery of it - to know a thing also corresponds to insight into the limit by which that thing is a necessary and rational existence. This is true for nature in the era of ecology, but it is even more true for civilizations. Communist consciousness does NOT entail the voluntary transformation of society. It entails knowledge in the form of wisdom, of the laws guiding the development of society, and this consciousness intervenes in reality only at the site of the latter’s objective contradictions.

Marxism recognizes what truly makes a civilization exist, that being a drive to resolve the contradictions which human beings encounter; Hitlerism views civilization as coming from genes, which is completely magical thinking. States Haz: “civilizations acquire objectivity not because of some static metaphysical quality (like genes), but because their determination reflects an active dialectic at the heart of material being itself. Objectivity is that which realizes a contradiction.” It’s through bringing this logic to the masses that we can prevent an American Boko Haram; if the left-behinds are set on the scientific path, rather than the metaphysical path, they will respond to their condition by joining in the class struggle. By asserting their objective interests as those who aren’t part of the ruling class, rather than assisting the elites in engineering our collapse.

For the left-behinds to internalize this logic, though, Marxists must prove to them why our path represents everything that the far-right fraudulently claims to be. The far-right purports to offer a way of breaking out from a state of powerlessness, and becoming a dynamic agent in history. It speaks of returning to a lost past, and rejecting the lies that liberal modernity is built on. Whenever the propagators of “rightist” politics put forth this rhetoric, what they’re truly doing is trying to imitate the unparalleled strength which the proletarian movement represents. Their ideology’s origins are in finance capital, and their tales about race are nothing but tools for covering up the hollow nature of what they stand for. They’re the ones that finance has sent in order to distract from the authentic revolutionary movement, and obscure the real interests of those who’ve been discarded by capital.

The far right says that class struggle doesn’t matter, because supposedly cultural and racial bonds are the defining factors in history. If this is the case, why has every stage of historical progress stemmed from changes that relate to class? Why have we not ever been able to advance without there first being a forward shift in the mode of production? None of the achievements that these woke racialists boast about, from any era, could have come into being if not for the efforts to resolve humanity’s contradictions in relation to nature; which means that class has been at the core of these developments. To disregard class is to make oneself unable to take part in history’s advancement. Unless you are acting to bring the forces of production to the next stage, as a political actor you’re only bringing stagnation.

One argument against the “rightists” is that they’re subordinating themselves to the ruling class, and willingly becoming footsoldiers for elites who don’t even care about them. And this is true, but the even deeper problem with “rightism” is that its adherents have rejected forward evolution, regardless of their relationship to the elites. Atomwaffen could get its apocalyptic revolution, and the outcome would be nothing besides destruction, with zero purpose to it. The far right is speaking to the men whose lives have been robbed of the opportunity to be productive, and ensuring that they lack any role in fighting against inertia.

The class struggle, and the science of contradictions which guides it, are what can let these men gain a productive role. There is no life on the path that’s offered by the woke killer clowns on the right. Communism offers life, even if the present circumstances make it so that you’ll have to live life as a monk. This is the choice that the left-behinds face: respond to their desolate conditions by taking on a role in historical change, or become agents within the campaign to set history back. The elites prefer that the left-behinds choose the destructive path, even if this does come at the cost of an unforeseen cataclysm. Marxists are here to present a different route; the one that can give the left-behinds life, even when it seems to them like life can’t be found again.
